Description
Weld Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established plumbing company in St. Thomas, Ontario for a licensed Journeyperson Plumber (306A). This role is for someone who takes pride in their craft, wants steady hands-on residential work, and is looking to grow with a team that values quality, performance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service calls and installations\n- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear, honest assessments to customers\n- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards\n- Collaborate with senior plumbers on larger or more complex projects\n- Maintain company vehicle and tools in excellent condition\n- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Journeyperson Plumber certification (306A)\n- 3+ years of field experience post-certification\n- Valid driver's licence with clean abstract\n- Strong work ethic and attention to detail\n- Customer-first attitude\n- Comfortable with all residential plumbing systems\n\nNice to have:\n- Backflow licence\n- Septic licence\n- Water purification experience
