When you create an account or apply to a role, we collect your name, email, trade/experience, optional resume, and any details you share in applications or inquiries.
How we use it
We use your information to match candidates with employers, send application updates, and operate the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Who sees it
Employers see applications submitted to their roles. Admins can review accounts and applications for moderation and matching. Resumes are stored privately and only released to relevant employers with your application.
Your rights
You can edit your profile, delete your account, or request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@weldtalent.com.
Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access controls. We use industry-standard authentication and do not store plaintext passwords.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
