By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service for legitimate hiring or job-seeking purposes only. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
Job listings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of postings and for compliance with applicable employment law. Weld Talent screens postings but does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Applications
Candidates may apply to roles they're qualified for. Submitting false information or impersonating others is grounds for immediate termination of access.
Fees
The platform is free for job seekers. Employer placement fees are agreed in writing prior to any successful placement.
Liability
Weld Talent is provided as-is. We're not liable for hiring decisions, employment terms, or disputes between candidates and employers.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
