Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, schedule and trades.
- Maintain quality, safety and site documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and deficiency resolution.
- Liaise with project management and consultants.
Requirements
- Superintendent experience on ICI or residential projects.
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
- Health & safety knowledge and tickets.
- Proficiency with site reporting tools.
