Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
- Solicit and analyze subtrade and supplier pricing.
- Review drawings, specs and addenda.
- Support bid submissions and hand-off to operations.
Requirements
- Estimating experience in construction.
- Strong take-off and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with estimating software.
- Ability to read full drawing sets.
