Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule a crew on daily site activities.
- Coordinate materials, equipment and subtrades.
- Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks.
- Report progress and issues to site management.
Requirements
- Trade background with leadership experience.
- Ability to read drawings and plan work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Standard safety tickets.
