Description
Weld Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established plumbing company in St. Thomas, Ontario for a seasoned Senior Plumber who can lead complex residential jobs, mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality results independently. This is a strong fit for an experienced plumber with 8+ years in the trade who takes pride in workmanship, customer service, and leading on-site.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex residential plumbing installations and repairs\n- Diagnose and resolve advanced plumbing issues using modern diagnostic tools\n- Mentor and support junior plumbers, labourers, and drain technicians on-site\n- Provide strong technical support to the office team when needed\n- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with customers\n- Uphold high quality standards and clean job-site practices\n- Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency response
Requirements
- 8+ years of plumbing experience\n- Licensed Ontario journeyperson or master plumber certification\n- Valid driver's licence with clean abstract\n- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills\n- Excellent customer communication\n- Ability to work independently and lead on-site\n\nNice to have:\n- Backflow licence\n- Septic licence\n- Water purification experience
