Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules and procurement.
- Lead site teams, subtrades and consultants.
- Administer contracts, change orders and progress billings.
- Report on project performance and risks.
Requirements
- Project management experience in construction.
- Strong contract and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- PMP or Gold Seal an asset.
